We organise the trades on site ourselves. You deal with one contact.
Can the renovation be done in phases?
Yes. If you prefer, the quote can be split into phases.
Can I renovate while living abroad?
Yes. We send you a progress video every week on WhatsApp and you approve any change in writing.
Who does the work?
We do. Listo contracts and invoices the works, and is your single point of contact from the first visit to handover.
Do I get a written quote?
Yes, a written, itemised quote before any work starts.
Can the price go up during the works?
No. The price is fixed in the contract. If you ask for a change, we price it in writing and you approve it before it’s done.
