Do I choose the materials and appliances?
Yes. The quote is itemised, so you can change materials or appliances and see how the price changes before you approve it.
Can I use the kitchen during the works?
It depends on the scope of the renovation. We look at it during the visit and set it out in the quote.
Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen?
It depends on the works and the municipality. We tell you which permit is needed before work starts.
Who does the work?
We do. Listo contracts and invoices the works, and is your single point of contact from the first visit to handover.
Do I get a written quote?
Yes, a written, itemised quote before any work starts.
Can the price go up during the works?
No. The price is fixed in the contract. If you ask for a change, we price it in writing and you approve it before it’s done.
What warranty do I get?
A 3-year warranty on workmanship, written into the contract.
How do I follow the works if I’m not in Marbella?
We send you a progress video every week on WhatsApp.
